At Anthera, we believe that food should be more than just a meal — it should be nourishment, comfort, and a way to support the body and mind each day. That’s why we’re excited to share one of our favorite snack recipes: Energy Balls.

These bite-sized treats are not only delicious but also perfectly balanced for residents in our assisted living homes. They deliver steady energy, are easy to eat, and can be customized to meet different tastes and dietary needs.
